PARENT FEEDBACK
“I just wanted to send you an email to say how grateful we are for Miss Jenks phoning my children every week over the summer to check on their wellbeing. I think the ELSA service has become more important now than ever. Everyone can get anxious and concerned not just us adults. Miss Jenks phoning every Thursday became part of the kids way of life and they looked forward to hearing from her. Furthermore on 2 occasions she called to the house to either drop off literature she had gathered or as was the case last week to check up on the kids after her day back in school.
My one child has looked at the material every night going to bed and it has certainly helped him during his move to Afon Taf. My other child has also enjoyed reading what Miss Jenks gave her and I know she is looking forward to the sessions restarting now school is back. Mental health in children is of utmost importance and through the school Miss Jenks has had a massive positive effect on the mental health of my children”.
